An awesome company to work with. I got a watch for my partner's 60th birthday. She picked out what she liked, and then we discovered WA. The price for the watch was great, so I placed an order online. The entire experience was smooth, and the watch showed up soon after, all nicely wrapped and secure. Truly top-notch service. "Exceptional Experience!"
Delivery was super quick - living in Jersey, we usually count on UK delivery plus an extra day. Wallace Allan sent me two packages, and both showed up the very next day.

Their customer service is truly top-notch. I had a little hiccup with my order, but it was handled without any hassle, swiftly and courteously. I’m honestly impressed by their level of professionalism.
